MexaPrints exists to make the tools you already own work better together. From moving a ToughSystem stack to mounting the gear you reach for every day, we turn practical challenges into purposeful 3D printed upgrades.

Designed and made in Australia, our accessories are built around a simple belief: good design earns its place. It solves a real problem, fits the right setup and helps you get back to the work that matters.

Our range brings that thinking to both physical products and digital files, giving you the choice to upgrade your setup with ready-made parts or print your next project yourself.

We keep looking for better ways to move, mount and organise. Because progress does not always mean replacing your tools. Sometimes it starts with making what you already have work harder.

Am I buying a physical product or a digital file?+

Check the product title and description before ordering. Physical listings are printed parts that are shipped to you. Digital listings provide the specified STL or 3MF files for you to print; no physical parts are shipped with a digital purchase.

Will this fit my tools or ToughSystem boxes?+

Compatibility is specific to each product. Match the tool or organiser model number and system generation to the product description. ToughSystem 2.0 compatibility does not automatically mean a part fits every DeWalt model. If you are unsure, contact us with your exact model before ordering.

What is included with my order?+

Each listing explains the parts, hardware and instructions included. Tools, storage boxes, plywood, wheels and other items shown in use are not included unless the listing specifically says they are. Check the selected variant as different configurations can include different parts.

Do I need a 3D printer?+

You do not need a printer for our physical products. Digital files require access to a suitable 3D printer or a printing service. Check the listing for file formats and any printing or assembly requirements before purchasing.

Does the dolly kit include a platform and wheels?+

Check the exact dolly listing. The ToughSystem mounting-clip product includes clips, mounting screws and a cutting template; you supply a suitable platform and wheels. Adapter-plate kits and optional feet adapters are separate configurations, so select the option that matches your setup.

Do you offer free shipping in Australia?+

Yes, we offer free shipping Australia wide on physical products. Digital files do not require shipping.

Can you help me choose the right option?+

Yes. Use Contact Us and include the product name, your tool model and what you want to achieve. For an existing order, include your order number so we can help with the correct item.
