This is a digital download — you'll receive the STL file(s) to print yourself or send to a local print shop. No physical part is shipped.
⚠️ Please read before buying: Installation requires drilling through your vacuum's housing to bolt the mount on. This is not a clip-on or adhesive attachment — it's a permanent modification to your vacuum. If you're not comfortable drilling into your vacuum, this product isn't for you.
What it does:
- Bolts securely through the DCV584L-XE housing onto your ToughSystem box
- Once mounted, clips in and out of your stack just like your other Toughsystem 2.0 gear
- Keeps your vacuum with the rest of your kit instead of rattling around loose
What you'll receive:
- STL file(s) for the VAC-DOCK mount (DCV584L-XE only)
- Basic printing and assembly instructions
What you'll need:
- A 3D printer or access to a print service
- Your own nuts and bolts (not included)
- A drill and a 5mm drill bit
Compatibility: Designed specifically for the DeWalt DCV584L-XE. May be compatible with older models.

Great design and excellent seller. The 3MF file made printing very straightforward, and they were quick to answer questions with helpful recommendations. The included PDF instructions, photos, and hardware made assembly simple. The final result came out perfect. I have been looking for a proper ToughSystem 2.0 mount for this DeWalt vacuum for years and this is exactly what I needed. Highly recommend.
